Orders are confirmed by written quotation or invoice. Catalogue listings identify product types and do not guarantee immediate availability. Prices are available on request; the quotation identifies the supplied specification, condition, included accessories, tax treatment, delivery cost and any warranty.
Confirming your order
Provide accurate vehicle and delivery details. We confirm the proposed unit and fitment information before purchase. Actual stock photos are available on request. Edited reference images are not photographs of the exact unit offered.
Payment terms
Our standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm the order and 50% balance after courier collection and provision of tracking or consignment details. Delivery is charged separately. Cash on delivery is not available. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed in writing before payment.
Use the payment details on your issued invoice and verify any unexpected bank-detail change directly through our published contact details.
Cancellations and unavailable items
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We explain any permitted, reasonable cancellation costs based on the order stage and applicable law; deposits are not automatically forfeited. If we cannot supply the agreed item, we will discuss an alternative or refund rather than substitute a different specification without your agreement.
After-sales support
Our delivery, returns, warranty and privacy policies form part of the order information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
