We arrange engine, gearbox and parts delivery across South Africa, subject to courier coverage and safe access at your destination. Choose delivery to a workshop or business address, or ask about an available depot collection option. Cross-border delivery can be quoted separately where available.
Your delivery quotation
Delivery is charged separately. Send your town, postcode, delivery address and contact number so we can quote for the item's weight, dimensions and route. Remote-area charges, special handling and any applicable cross-border costs will be explained before payment.
Dispatch and tracking
Your quotation confirms availability, the estimated dispatch date and expected transit time. Sourced or imported units may require additional lead time. Delivery dates are estimates; if an order is delayed, we will provide an update and discuss the available options.
Units are secured and packaged for transport. Once collected by the courier, we provide the available tracking or consignment details. Let us know if your address requires a forklift, loading assistance or special access arrangements.
Receiving your engine or gearbox
Arrange suitable unloading equipment and check the packaging and visible condition on arrival. Photograph any damage and note it on the courier paperwork where possible. Contact us promptly with your invoice number and photos so we can assist. A delay in reporting does not automatically remove your applicable consumer rights.
Check the unit's identification and fitment before installation. If the wrong item arrives, stop installation and contact us to arrange a resolution under our returns policy.
