We want customers to receive the correct engine, gearbox or part and have a clear route to assistance when something goes wrong.
30-day unused-item returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, uninstalled item in its supplied condition, with its original identification and included accessories. Contact us before sending it back so we can provide return instructions and a safe collection address.
For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return transport cost. Original delivery charges are not refundable where the service was completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any specially sourced or customised order conditions must be disclosed and agreed before purchase and cannot override statutory rights.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
If we supplied an incorrect item, or goods are damaged or defective, contact us with your invoice number, the unit identification, photos and a description of the problem. Where the fault or supply error is our responsibility, we arrange and pay the reasonable return transport costs.
Where South Africa's Consumer Protection Act applies, qualifying unsafe or defective goods may be returned within six months of delivery for the consumer's choice of repair, replacement or refund, subject to the Act's requirements. Our voluntary 30-day policy does not shorten these rights or other applicable cancellation rights.
Installation and assessment
Check fitment before installation. If a fault appears, stop using the unit and contact us; continued running can cause further damage. Share any mechanic's report, installation invoice and diagnostic findings available. Keep identification marks and components intact to help assessment. We will explain the assessment and available remedy without treating our own assessment as a waiver of your legal rights.
Refunds and communication
